🕯️ How It Works

Whenever you purchase a candle from us, you can return the original glass jar and receive 10% off your next order for each jar returned.

• 10% off per jar
• Up to 5 jars per order
• Maximum of 50% off per order
  

Returned jars must be from our candles only and returned in clean condition.

📦 Returning Your Jars

Before sending anything back, please get in touch with us via Live Chat and we’ll happily guide you through the return process. (Two other communication method is via Email or via Contact us page)

Jars must be securely packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Unfortunately, if jars are damaged during delivery due to incorrect packaging, we won’t be able to apply the discount and the offer will be revoked.

📍 Local Drop-Off

If you’re local to Doncaster or Rotherham, we’re more than happy for you to drop your jars off free of charge, just let us know in advance so we can arrange this with you.
