Welcome to Crescent Wick Co. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. General
All candles are handmade in small batches. Variations in colour, finish, decoration or scent strength are natural and not considered faults.
We reserve the right to amend products, pricing, or policies without notice.
2. Age Restriction
You must be 18 years or older to purchase from our website. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Orders
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once processing has begun. Please check all details before checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes where required. Payment must be completed at checkout.
5. Shipping
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays outside of our control.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses provided by customers
- Courier delays
- Lost parcels once handed to the courier
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene and handmade nature, we do not accept returns.
Refunds or replacements are only offered if an item arrives damaged during postage. Customers must contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
7. Jar Return Scheme
Returned jars must be clean, undamaged, and securely packaged.
- 10% discount per jar
- Maximum 5 jars per order (50% total)
Damaged returns void the offer. We reserve the right to withdraw this scheme at any time.
8. Pre-Orders
Pre-order items may have extended dispatch times. Estimated dates are guidance only.
9. Candle Safety
Customers agree to use candles responsibly:
- Never leave unattended
- Keep away from children & pets
- Burn on heat-safe surfaces
We are not liable for misuse.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Crescent Wick Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from product use.
Liability is limited to the purchase value of the item.

🚚 DELIVERY POLICY
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Please note: pre-order items have a dispatch time of up to 2 weeks. This will always be clearly stated on the product page as this happens when we temporarily run out of stock, a pre-order option will be available while we prepare new stock.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

- Courier delays
- Lost parcels after dispatch
- Customs delays (international orders)
